Mission Statement

South Tahoe Amateur Hockey Association was created to promote youth hockey in Lake Tahoe and the surrounding areas. Our goal is to develop the sport of ice hockey by making if fun and affordable to the kids of our area. Our association relies heavily on volunteers to create and organize programs that offer all ranges of youth hockey from learning basic skating and fundamentals up to the competitive level of play.

With the City of South Lake Tahoe as our partner, we are making hockey available to kids that would otherwise be unable to participate. We also have several generous corporate sponsors that have given us the ability to provide equipment and scholarships so that any child that wants to play hockey will be given the opportunity.
